Returns & Exchanges Policy

We only accept exchanges for the following reasons:

a) Received the incorrect goods
b) Received the defective goods

  • No accept the incorrect size purchased.
  • Wrong color chosen, dislike of design chosen or any error in purchase caused by buyer are not exchangeable.
  • Returns must be in original, unused condition with tags. Return shipping is at customer’s cost unless the item is wrong or defective, in which case they cover it. Refund processed within ~21 days after return.
  • No refunds; only exchanges within 14 days on same‑condition items. Exchange subject to stock availability; price differences are not refunded.
  • Only accepts returns/exchanges for defective, wrong, or missing items within 10 calendar days of delivery. Customer must report issues within 3 days, return shipping may be at customer’s expense, refunds exclude shipping
